AMARAVATI: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will receive the prestigious ‘Business Reformer of the Year 2025’ award announced by the leading media organization ‘The Economic Times’ in Mumbai tomorrow.
As per the schedule, the Chief Minister will reach the Geo World Convention Center on Saturday evening and participate in the awards ceremony organized by ‘The Economic Times’.
‘The Economic Times’ will present the award to the Chief Minister in the presence of Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and prominent industrialists.
Chandrababu Naidu was selected for this award in recognition of his implementation of transformative programs like ‘Speed of Doing Business’ and ‘Speed of Delivering Governance’ in Andhra Pradesh.
In the past, luminaries like Arun Jaitley, Piyush Goyal, Nitish Kumar, Ashwini Vaishnav and S. Jaishankar has received the ‘Business Reformer of the Year’ award.
The Economic Times jury praised Chandrababu Naidu’s role in creating an investment-friendly environment in Andhra Pradesh, introducing revolutionary industrial policies and boosting investor confidence.
Within a short period of time since the coalition government came to power, Andhra Pradesh has reportedly attracted investment commitments of over Rs. 20 lakh crore. The Chief Minister has also been recognized for facilitating industrial clearances and for undertaking reforms aimed at making Andhra Pradesh a leader in the fields of technology, innovation, IT, electronics and green energy.

Drawing inspiration from his past experience of transforming Hyderabad into an IT hub during his tenure as the Chief Minister of the united Andhra Pradesh, Chandrababu Naidu is now playing a key role in developing Amaravati and Visakhapatnam into major financial centres.
