It is known that the schedule of general elections has been released across the country. While the first phase of polling will begin from April 19, CEC Rajeev Kumar revealed that the election counting will be done on June 4.
Meanwhile, Chief Electoral Officer Mukesh Kumar Meena revealed that the notification for general elections in Andhra Pradesh will be released on the 18th of this month.
It is said that there is a possibility of filing nominations from the 18th to 25th of this month. Scrutiny will be held on 26th April. He said that the Scrutiny deadline for withdrawal of nominations will be on April 29.
Mukesh Kumar Meena commented during his visit to Nellore that we are making all the arrangements to conduct Elections transparently and freely in the state on May 13th he added.
