Kadiam police of Andhra Pradesh’s East Godavari district caught a van transporting gold and silver goods worth around one crore and Four Lakhs rupees in a Van on Pottilanka National Highway yesterday.

The container was stopped during the inspection of vehicles at the checkpoint set up on the national highway at Pottilanka village of Kadiam mandal and it was found that it was transporting gold and silver goods worth four crore rupees.above.
Police informed the Returning Officer informed the FST and the District Officers. The DSP said that appropriate action will be taken after the investigation by the concerned authorities and the District Grievance Committee.DSP said.
