Andhra Pradesh Tourism and Culture Minister Kandula Durgash said that the date of the foundation stone laying of the Akhanda Godavari Project in Rajamahendravaram, on the holy Godavari coast, will be announced after the cabinet meeting on the 19th.
The minister participated in the meeting held at the Rajahmundry Collector’s Office in East Godavari district today.
On the orders of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and MP Purandeshwari will soon lay the foundation stone for three programs that will benefit students, tourists and forest conservation, Tourism Minister Kandula Durgesh said.
Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and MP Purandeshwari will mainly launch three programs.
Along with the Godavari, there is a Science Museum in Bommur, Rajamahendravaram Rural Constituency, and a Forest Academy in Rajanagaram Constituency.
In this context, they discussed the arrangements for the respective programs.
They also discussed the issue of taking these topics to the public with the officials of Science and Technology, Forest, Tourism and other departments.

Rajamahendravaram Rural Legislative Assembly Member Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdhury, Rajanagaram MLA Bathula Balaramakrishna, Collector P Prashanthi, District SP, officials of other departments and others participated in the program.
