AMARAVATI: TDP Rural MLA Sri Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdhury said that strict action should be taken against those who encroach on government lands in villages.
The MLA conducted a review with the officials on development programs. The goal of the coalition government is to solve public problems, and thus the officials in the villages should be available to the people and be active in resolving public problems immediately.
He said that roads, drainages and many development works are being done with crores of rupees, and they should be inspected from time to time. He said that the officials should perform according to the public needs, that a lot of development works are being done and if there are any problems with roads, drainages and infrastructure, they should be brought to his attention immediately.
He also advised the officials to collect the outstanding taxes in the Panchayat.
Panchayat secretaries of all the villages and other officials participated in this program.
