Manamitra WhatsApp Governance should be taken further to the people and all government services should be available on Manamitra, Chief Secretary K. Vijayanand has instructed the officials.
He reviewed the RTGS activities at the Real Time Governance Command Control Centre in the Secretariat on Monday. Speaking on the occasion, he asked the officials about the progress of WhatsApp Governance services.
The officials should work to provide 500 types of services to the people through Manamitra by June 12. Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu said that the aim of the people is to ensure that no one has to go around government offices and officials for their work and can get all the services through Manamitra.

In that direction, he said that Manamitra should be taken to the people. He said that the secretariat staff should play a key role in creating awareness among the people. He also said that the data linkage process in RTGS should be completed as per the targets. He said that RTGS will be able to provide technical support to the respective departments to provide better services to the people with data connectivity. Addressing the Panchayat Raj department officials, he said that some progress has been made in sanitation and garbage removal work in the villages,
but sanitation needs to be improved further. He said that the government’s aim is to make the villages look clean. He suggested that more progress should be made in RTC services as well. He suggested that all arrangements should be made to launch the Drone Mart web portal under the Chief Minister’s hands. He suggested that this portal should be created without any technical difficulties.
RTGS Chief Executive Officer Prakhar Jain said that currently we are providing 325 services to the people through WhatsApp Governance and we will provide 400 services by the end of this month.
According to the government’s goal, we will provide 500 services by June 12. We are effectively using blockchain technology to verify the certificates that people download through WhatsApp.
He said that blockchain technology has been implemented for 14,269 verification papers in AP Seva and 1240 verification papers in Mee Seva. He said that in the coming days, old certificates will also be verified through blockchain technology.
Panchayati Raj Department Principal Secretary Shashibhushan, Director Krishna Tej, APS RTC MD Dwarakathirumala Rao, Civil Supplies Department Secretary Saurabh Gaur and others participated in this meeting.
