A delegation from Malawi, a country in Southeast Africa, visited the Real Time Governance Society Central Command Control Room on Wednesday.

Representatives from the Malawi National Water Resources Authority came to study the good practices being adopted by AP in testing water resources in the state.
On this occasion, they also visited RTGS. They were welcomed by RTGS CEO Prakhar Jain and explained the functioning of RTGS. He explained the technological facilities provided by his organization to facilitate the smooth delivery of government programs and schemes to the people.
He said that RTGS is acting as a bridge between the people and the government. He explained the way in which the petitions received from the people are being resolved through the resolution platform.
Speaking, Dwight Kambuku, CEO of the Malawi National Water Resources Authority, praised the performance of RTGS as exemplary. He said that such a system, set up with technological amenities to provide better services to the people, is exemplary for everyone.
