The 4th Collectors’ Conference will be held for two days on 15th and 16th of this month under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. The District Collectors’ Conference will begin at 10 am in the fifth block of the Secretariat. The CM has already ordered that this conference be held so that there is accountability on the implementation of civil services and schemes on a district-wise basis.

Accordingly, the officials have divided the departments according to the topics to be reviewed in the Collectors’ Conference and prepared presentations. A presentation on GSDP will be given on the 15th in the two-day conference. As part of this, the progress of departments from the primary sector to agriculture, allied sectors, industries, services sector, tourism, housing etc. will be known from the Collectors.

The second item will be a review of the implementation of welfare, Super Six schemes, Anna Canteens, P4 and other items. The third item will be a review of the progress of roads, ports, airports, highways, irrigation projects, energy and other items as part of logistics and infrastructure projects.

The fourth item will be a presentation on Swachh Andhra, Circular Economy, Panchayati Raj, Municipal and other issues, and the CM will ask the collectors for details on the current situation in the districts.

On the second day, on the 16th, the fifth item will be a presentation on human resource development, health, education, skill development and the CM will give directions to the collectors.

The sixth item will be a discussion on IT, Quantum Valley, RTIH, civil services on WhatsApp, Data Lake, AI and other issues. In the seventh category, the details of the revenue-generating departments such as Revenue, Lands, Stamps Registration, Excise, Commercial Taxes, Mining, Forest, Transport, Municipal and Panchayati Raj departments will be known district-wise.

As the 8th item, the CM will review the law and order situation in the state with the SPs and District Collectors and give directions. Later, the level of satisfaction among the people on the civil services provided by the government departments will also be discussed.
