WORLD FOOD SAFETY DAY program participated as a guest of honour among the urban arya vysya sangham women and discussed about the food safety the art of Culinary Science and hygienic cooking in action and conducted an exhibit of various cost economic home made snack items made of millets aling seasonal veggies and fruits. It’s been emphasised that people should go desi and eat locally available seasonal foods inspire of processed food intake and especially children should be habituated with healthy eating habits and also spoken about “Modi Ji,s Aaj se thoda sa kam thel” to avoid food contamination and obesity among our Indians. There was a huge response for the healthy home made snacks among the participants and a way ahead to Swasth Bharat , to focus on FOOD SAFETY- As a SCIENCE in ACTION
