Supreme Court hearing on Chandrababu’s bail cancellation petition.. Supreme Court notices to Chandrababu to file counter before December 8

A hearing was held in the Supreme Court on a petition filed by AP CID seeking cancellation of TDP chief Chandrababu’s bail in the skill development case.
The Supreme Court has issued a notice to Chandrababu to file a counter before December 8. He was advised not to talk about the details of the case until further investigation. However, the Supreme Court clarified that they can participate in rallies and political activities.
The CID has filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking to cancel the general bail granted to Chandrababu by the AP High Court on 20th of this month. The AP High Court granted full bail to Chandrababu on the grounds that the CID did not submit any evidence that Chandrababu was involved in corruption in the skill case and diverted the funds to TDP accounts. Challenging this, the CID filed a petition in the Supreme Court on 21st of this month.
