Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay presents its research on yadnyas in conference in New Delhi

Living a spiritually purer lifestyle and doing spiritual practice is essential to imbibe and maintain the benefit of yadnyas ! – Sean Clarke, MAV

'Climate scientists are worried that the carbon dioxide levels in the environment have crossed the level of 418 ppm. However, even more alarming is the unprecedented increase in spiritual pollution (measured as a rise in the proportion of the Raja and Tama subtle components) in the world. Scientific experiments have shown that yadnyas reduce the level of Raja and Tama. However, to imbibe and maintain the positivity from a yadnya, it is important that society live a sattvik or spiritually purer lifestyle and does spiritual practice as per universal principles', stated Mr. Sean Clarke on behalf of Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay (MAV). He was speaking at the recently held '27th India Conference of WAVES on Man and Nature in Vedic Tradition : Modern Perspective' in New Delhi. He presented the research paper 'The potential of a Yadnya in spiritually purifying the environment'. Paratpar Guru Dr. Athavale is the author of this paper and Mr. Clarke is the co-author.

From October 2016 to November 2023, Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay has presented research papers in 18 National and 92 International scientific conferences, a total of 110 conferences. Among these, in 14 International conferences it has received the 'Best presentation' award.

Mr. Clarke presented the conclusions of the experiments on soil, water and air samples done to study the effect of the 6 yadnyas conducted at the Spiritual Research Centre and Ashram in January 2022. In these experiments soil, water and air samples were taken before and after yadnyas in pairs from houses of seekers and those from their neighbours who were non-seekers. All the three types of samples were tested for positive and negative energy using the Universal Aura Scanner (UAS), a scientific instrument developed by Dr Mannem Murthy, a former nuclear scientist. It was found that following yadnyas, negative energy reduced and positive energy increased in all the 3 samples from both sets of houses. This effect was even more in samples from the houses of seekers because due to the spiritual practice of seekers the negativity in the house reduces and the positivity as well as the ability to imbibe external positivity increases.

Mr. Clarke further explained that the positive effect of the yadnyas is seen even at distances of thousands of kilometers. This was seen from the study of samples collected both before and after yadnyas from far off places. The experiments also showed that the effect of yadnya lasts even after the yadnya is concluded.
