Sensational verdict of Eluru Foxo court
A 75 Year-old butcher who sexually assaulted a six-year-old girl was sentenced to life imprisonment by the Eluru Foxo court.

The Special Public Prosecutor of the Foxo Court Special Judje S. Uma Sunanda of the Eluru Foxo Court gave a verdict today evening, sentencing the 75-year-old man Muppidi Sampatharao to life imprisonment and a fine of 1000 rupees after he was found guilty of raping a six-year-old girl in the vicinity of East Godavari district police station . Special Public Prosecutor of the Court in Charge D.V.Ramanjaneyulu, explained to media persons today.
Going into the details of this case… On December 23, 2017, Muppadi Sampatharao (75) of East Godavari district took an unknown six-year-old girl by the hand and sexually assaulted her . After knowing the insident her mother Lodged a camplient to gopalapuram police station.
The then Gopalapuram SI Lakshminarayana registered the case on the complaint of the child’s mother, while the Jangareddygudem C.I Balaraju’s case was investigated and a charge sheet was filed in Foxo court.
Gopalapuram S.I.K. Satish and Court Constable Buchiraju assisted by entering the witnesses in the Eluru FOXO court. On behalf of the victims of the girl, D.V. Ramanjaneyulu, special public prosecutor in charge of the FOXO court, gave arguments while conducting the prosecution.
Special PP Ramanjaneyulu said that FOXO Court judge Uma Sunanda gave a sensational verdict recommending the government to pay Rs. 2,50,000/- compensation to the victim and recommending the Andhra Pradesh government
