Andhra Pradesh Municipal Affairs Minister Narayana visited the waste-to-energy plant in Pangyo near Seoul, which is incinerating solid waste generated in municipalities at a temperature of over 1000 degrees and generating electricity. Similarly, the Andhra Pradesh coalition government is making efforts to set up 6 more waste-to-energy plants for garbage-free municipalities in AP.

Earlier, the minister met with the chairmen of Kunhwa Engineering and Global Theme Park Resorts and Holdings (GTRH).
Discussions were held on the construction of smart cities, waste-to-energy plants, and global theme park development with GTRH, a leader in tourism and entertainment sectors.
