It is known that the US is imposing additional duties on India’s imports for buying oil from Russia. US President Donald Trump has already imposed 50 percent duties on many products.

He has also issued warnings that the burden of duties will be increased in the next few days.

However, it seems that there has been a sudden change in Trump. Seeing how aggressive Trump is, my Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is taking a step forward. He is trying to strategically corner America. With this, it seems that Trump is changing his stance on India.

I am happy to announce that India – United States of America are continuing talks to remove trade barriers.

I look forward to talking to my friend, Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the coming days. “I am confident that there will be no difficulty in successfully concluding the trade talks between the two countries,” Trump said.
