Uttar Pradesh:A Son Bhadra court sentenced BJP MLA Ram Dular Gond of Duddhi Assembly in Son Bhadra district of Uttar Pradesh to 25 years imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10 lakh under the Fox Act in a case of raping a 15-year-old minor girl.
On November 4, 2014, a case was registered against this Ram Dular under sections 376,506 of the IPC and FOXO Act in the case of rape of a 15-year-old minor girl, and the final judgment in the rape case came today.
