Prime Minister Narendra Modi (PM Modi) held a high-level meeting with key ministers on Thursday. Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Ministers Prahlad Joshi, Anurag Thakur, Piyush Goyal and others participated in this meeting. BJP National President JP Nadda also attended the meeting.
On the other hand, the Lok Sabha Secretariat has taken action on the security failure. Official sources disclosed that eight security personnel who were on duty at that time were suspended.
