The ophthalmologist of the government hospital confirmed that TDP chief Chandrababu, who is under judicial remand in the Rajamahendravaram Central Jail, has a vision problem and needs cataract surgery on his right eye.

Civil surgeon specialist B. Srinivasa Rao of the government hospital examined Chandrababu on 25th of this month and gave a report to the jail authorities.  It is said that Chandrababu has an immature cataract in his right eye and needs surgery.

The doctors of LV Prasad Eye Institute in Hyderabad have clarified in a recent report that Chandrababu should undergo cataract surgery on his right eye to correct his vision problem.  In 2016 Chandrababu was treated with laser for an eye problem called ‘Angle Closure Glaucoma’ and on June 21 this year he underwent cataract surgery on his left eye.

After that, because of the difference between the left and right eye vision, he was told to have surgery on the right eye within three months.  They confirmed the same thing again in a recent report.

In this regard, the Court Authorities and Government of Andhra Pradesh should take a quick decision regarding Chandrababu’s eye operation and the operation should be done without any problem in the eye.
