M/S Century Panels Limited (CPL) Industry has been set up in an industrial park in Gopavaram Mandal of Badwelu Constituency on an area of 100 acres allocated by the State Government through APIIC with all the infrastructure. The Chief Minister formally launched the production of Medium Density Fiber Board (MDF) and High Pressure Laminates (HPL) in this CPL industry, which was established with an investment of Rs.956.00 crores. Towards providing employment opportunities to more than 2266 people.. established in this area. The raw materials required for production are being purchased directly from the farmers to meet future shortages. Through this company, local farmers are encouraged to plant trees on 80,000 acres of land in the next 8 years.
CM Jagan inaugurated the 452-bed YSR Super Specialty Hospital at kadapa Rims premises with a cost of Rs.125 crores. The CM also inaugurated the 100-bed YSR Institute of Mental Hospital with a cost of Rs.40.81 crore.
