Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah’s election campaign was disrupted by a security breach. An activist mounted the CM’s campaign vehicle with a gun and garlanded Transport Minister Ramalinga Reddy.

Netizens are complaining about how the police allowed him to go to the CM even though he had a gun on his belt.

Minister Ramalinga Reddy suggested that the police should be vigilant to prevent the recurrence of such incidents due to criticism.
