AP Election duties are concerned in the district where they are working and should submit their postal ballot applications in FORM-12 R.O or A R O their office by 26th April

Employees on election duty should submit their postal ballot applications in FORM-12 to the concerned Returning Officer/Assistant Returning Officer in their office by 26th April

Presiding Officers, Assistant Presiding Officers, Other Polling Officers, Police, Sector Officers, Booth Level Officers, Drivers, Cleaners, Videographers, NCC, NSS, Ex-Servicemen and other Uniform Services assigned to conduct election duties are concerned in the district where they are working. The Returning Officer has to submit two Form-12 applications (one for Parliament, second for Assembly) in their office, along with appointment orders for election duties and a copy of the voter card by April 26.

Facilitation for voting will be arranged at the training centers and at the office of the Returning Officer. “The last day to vote is May 8.The details of this facilitation will be communicated in advance to the candidates contesting the elections, representatives of political parties and employees on election duty.
