A hearing was held today in the High Court on the PIL filed by former MP Harirama Jogaiah on Jagan’s illegal assets cases.
C J Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice NV Shravan Kumar came for hearing. A hearing was held on the objections raised by the Registry to consider it as a pill. The High Court considered the amendments in the PIL.
The Telangana High Court agreed with Jogaiah’s counsel Polishetty Radhakrishna. The court agreed to treat it as a public interest litigation. The High Court ordered the registry to assign a number to Hariramajogaiah’s PIL. Also, the High Court issued notices to the defendants Jagan, CBI.Jogaiah requested the court to order the investigation of Jagan’s cases to be completed speedily in the CBI court. Harirama Jogaiah asked the High Court to order the cases to be resolved before the 2024 assembly elections.Harirama jogayya requested in PIL.
