Why is the investigation in Jagan’s cases delayed? Also, why shouldn’t the Supreme Court hear the transfer petition of Raghurama to transfer Jagan’s cases from Telangana to another state? The Supreme Court has sent notices to YS Jagan and CBI.

In his petition, YSRCP MP Raghurama alleged that the investigation of YS Jagan’s embezzlement case, who was the CM of AP, is being delayed forever, and hundreds of discharge petitions are being filed by Jagan and other accused to prevent the investigation of this case under the supervision of the Telangana High Court. Raghu Rama also stated that the Hyderabad CBI court, which is investigating this case, has already adjourned it around 3,000 times.

The Supreme Court today issued notices on the delay in the CBI investigation in the YS Jagan embezzlement case. The Supreme Court has also sent notices to the investigating agency CBI along with CM YS Jagan who is accused in this case. The Supreme Court sent these notices after hearing a petition filed by YSRCP rebel MP Raghuramakrishnan Raju challenging the extraordinary delay in the investigation of Jagan’s illegal assets case.

The Supreme Court has also issued notices to the other defendants in the case. The next hearing has been adjourned to January next year. At the same time, the Supreme Court made important comments on Raghurama’s petition. Raghurama, you are not a complainant, you are not a victim, asked the Supreme Court?
