“A P SP Battalion Constable” who sold wife’s land with fake death and family certificate. ..accused of being absconded.

An incident of fake death and sale of wife’s land to others with family certificate has taken place in Nandyal district of Andhra Pradesh. .
Shivshakar, who works as a constable in the Mangalagiri APSP battalion, got married to a woman named Madhavi 16 years ago. They have two sons. For the past few years, differences have arisen between husband and wife. Later the wife lives with her parents in Guntur along with her two sons. Wife Madhavi owns four cents worth of land in Rythunagar of Nandyala district. As the value of the land was in lakhs, Sivashankar approached for fake certificates that the estranged wife should not get.
The Giddalur Nagar Panchayat officials issued a death certificate and family certificate stating that Madhavi died in 2019 without investigating this matter.
On the basis of these two certificates, Constable Sivashankar sold the land as himself . On learning this, the wife Madhavi approached the Nandyala Urban Police. Based on her complaint, the police registered a case of cheating against the
constable. Constable Sivashankar is absconding after learning about the case.
