TDP State President Palla Srinivasa Rao has taken serious note of reports that YSRCP supporters are holding processions carrying sharp weapons and sickles on the occasion of former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s birthday.

He warned that such displays are reprehensible and not only create fear among the public and disrupt law and order, but also undermine public confidence and severely impact employment generation in the state.

He cautioned that the open display of deadly weapons poses a serious threat to the democratic order and public safety. Describing such actions as illegal and deeply concerning, Srinivasa Rao urged the authorities to immediately take legal action and register cases against those involved under the Arms Act.

He stated that the government is working to rebuild the state’s brand image nationally and internationally with a strong focus on industrial growth, information technology, and infrastructure development. He added that sustainable investments and job creation are only possible in an environment of peace, security, and stable governance.

He stated that the YSRCP, under what he called “Jagan’s coterie,” is deliberately trying to push the state towards instability through violent demonstrations, and that these actions are part of a conspiracy intended to scare away investors and derail the state’s development trajectory. He alleged that this culture is being fostered given the criminal background associated with the party leadership.

He made it clear that such open threats have no place in a democratic society and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

The TDP leader said that Jagan Mohan Reddy’s hopes of returning to power are futile, as the people have already rejected his violent and fear-based style of governance. He emphasized that Andhra Pradesh will not entrust its future again to politics based on anarchy.

Srinivas Rao stated that the people are strongly supporting Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s vision for the state’s development, stability, and progress, and for providing a better future for the people of the Andhra Pradesh state.
