The Constitution of India is the greatest written constitution in the world, which was drafted in two years, 11 months and 18 days. The great architect of the Indian Constitution, Bharat Ratna, Baba Saheb Ambedkar, who created the Constitution to establish India as a democratic and republican state with the efforts of many intellectuals and gave freedom to the people of India, said TDP official spokesperson Patarla Ramesh.
He praised the greatness of the Constitution that many religions, castes and races are living together in the country. He said that the Constitution plays a crucial role in preserving the spirit of democracy. Ramesh said that Constitution Day is being celebrated every year in 2015 with the inspiration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He criticized that democracy has been mocked during the demonic rule of Jagan Reddy for the past five years, that the meaning of the word democracy has changed, that the previous constitution played a key role in the assumption of power by SCs, STs, BCs, and that the previous regime had suppressed the voice of the people through undemocratic policies and had been run in a manner reminiscent of the British rule.
He criticized the YSRCP ministers, MLAs, and the Paytm batch for their relentless attacks on the judiciary, for laying the foundations of the Ambedkar Constitution during the last five years of their rule, for destroying it, and for demolishing the Praja Vedika within 20 days of assuming power.
He criticized the Dalit farmers who sacrificed their lands for the capital, for attacking them, for putting shackles on their hands, and for putting Dalit farmers in jail for 18 days, as if they were being dragged by terrorists.
He criticized Jagan Reddy for completely destroying the Panchayat system by diverting the Panchayat funds of the previous government. Ramesh stated that the Panchayat system was put in the groove of Articles 73, 74 and the amendment within 18 months of coming to power in the coalition government. The funds released by the Center will be released directly to the Panchayats and efforts will be made for the development of villages.
Ramesh said that now the people of Andhra Pradesh are happy and confident under the leadership of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.he added.
