The IT festival came a day before the CII Partnership Summit in Visakhapatnam. Minister Nara Lokesh, who came to Visakhapatnam to participate in the summit, performed the ground breaking ceremony for 5 companies on Thursday. Along with industrialists, the people of Visakhapatnam enthusiastically participated in these programs. About 30 thousand people will get direct job opportunities through these projects to be set up with Rs. 3,800 crore. The people of the city were delighted with Minister Lokesh, who came to participate in the foundation stone laying ceremonies of the companies.

After the announcement of the largest foreign direct investment in India, Visakhapatnam, IT companies queued up in the city. While companies like TCS and Cognizant have already signed agreements with the AP government, Minister Lokesh recently laid the foundation stone for Sails Software Solutions, iSpace Software, Tech Tammina, Phenom People Private Limited, K. Raheja, and Kapil Group World Trade Center. MP Muthukumilli Sribharat, TDP State President Palla Srinivasa Rao, MLAs Ganta Srinivasa Rao, Lokam Madhavi, APIIC Chairman Mantena Ramaraju, and top government officials participated in these programs.

Minister Nara Lokesh laid the foundation stone for Sails Software Solutions’ Advanced Software Innovation and AI Excellence Center at IT Hill No. 2, Madhurwada, Visakhapatnam. The company’s MD & CEO Kiran, who attended the event along with the minister, said that 430 people will get job opportunities through the AI ​ ​ Excelcellence Center to be set up by SAIL in Visakhapatnam with an investment of Rs. 21 crore. He said that the company will focus on cutting-edge enterprise solutions using AI and cloud technologies in line with the goals of Digital Andhra Pradesh and India AI Mission.

Minister Nara Lokesh laid the foundation stone for the iSpace Software Solutions company unit at IT Hill No. 2, Visakhapatnam. The company’s CEO Ramesh, who attended the event along with the minister, said that his company will invest Rs. 119.18 crore in Visakhapatnam in three phases and will provide jobs to 2,000 people. He said that they will undertake product development, maintenance services, IT solutions and ITO service delivery activities in the state through the Visakhapatnam unit.

Minister Lokesh laid the foundation stone of Phenom People Private Limited Global Development Center at IT Hill No. 2, Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam. Company co-founder Hari Byrreddy, who participated in the program along with Lokesh, said that by investing Rs. 207.5 crore in the Visakhapatnam unit in two phases, 2,500 jobs will be created. He said that they will focus on advanced product development, AI research and customer delivery excellence.

Minister Nara Lokesh performed the ground breaking ceremony for Raheja Company’s IT Space/Commercial Space Mixed Development Space at IT Hill No. 3, Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam. Company president Ravi C. Raheja, who participated in the program along with the minister, said that by investing Rs. 2,172 crore in Visakhapatnam, 15 thousand jobs will be created. He revealed that the construction of IT space and residential luxury flats required by IT companies, data centers, and GCC companies will be undertaken.

Minister Lokesh laid the foundation stone for the construction of the World Trade Center under the auspices of Kapil Group subsidiary BVM Energy and Residency in Visakhapatnam. Kapil Group Chairman Vamana Rao, who participated in the program along with Minister Lokesh, said… By investing Rs. 1,250 crore in Visakhapatnam in two installments, 15 thousand job opportunities will be provided. He said that the World Trade Center is being set up with the objectives of promoting new innovations, attracting investments, and creating high-value jobs, along with IT/ITES office space and commercial space mixed development in the World Trade Center.
