Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has given another sweet news to the devotees of Srivari. It has taken a key decision to provide better and easier services to the devotees using technology.
The leading tech company has announced that it will soon make an artificial intelligence-based chatbot available in partnership with Amazon Web Services.
Through this AI chatbot, devotees can get information related to Srivari darshan, availability of accommodation rooms, donations and other services in seconds.
For the convenience of devotees around the world, these services will be provided in 13 languages. In addition, devotees will also be given the opportunity to easily bring their complaints, suggestions and suggestions to the attention of TTD through this chatbot.
This chatbot will also have modern facilities like speech to text and text to speech. Due to this, devotees will also be able to get information through voice commands.
It seems that the software required for this state-of-the-art chatbot is being developed by leading IT giant TCS. On the other hand, in addition to increasing transparency in TTD governance, SVBC is also taking steps to further improve channel broadcasting. With the advent of this new technology, gathering information will be easier for devotees.
