The pollution control authorities are not paying attention to the paper mill waste that is polluting the Holy Godavari in Rajahmundry. What is the real reason for not paying attention to what needs to be cleaned?

The polluted water should be treated and released into Godavari. Yes. The Pollution Control Board conducted on-the-spot tests with mobile kits to determine the amount of pollutants in the water.
Responding on this occasion, Sri Pawan Kalyan questioned the Pollution Control Board EE Shankar Nayak why the Pollution Control Board officials have not responded to this level of polluted water directly entering Godavari, or at least why they have not given notices to APP milles.
