COMPLAINANTS’ PROBLEMS MUST BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY — EAST GODAVARI DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE D.NARASIMHA KISHORE, IPS.,
East Godavari District Superintendent of Police D. Narasimha Kishore, IPS, instructed other police officers in the district to resolve the problems of the complainants within the framework of the law and provide them with immediate justice.
The state government’s “Public Grievance Redressal System” (PGRS) program was held today at the District Police Office. The District SP received petitions from people who came from all parts of the district, personally inquired about their difficulties and grievances, and immediately spoke to the concerned police officers of the respective stations over the phone. He ordered them to resolve the complainants’ problems within the legal framework and provide them with immediate justice.
A total of 16 complaints were received at today’s Police “Public Grievance Redressal System” program. These included complaints related to civil cases, family problems, cheating cases, assault cases, and other cases.
