The NTR Bharosa New Pension Distribution Program, which was undertaken with great ambition by the state government, was organized at the Jaggampet Mandal Praja Parishad office under the auspices of MPDO AVS Chandrasekhar. New pensions were distributed to 226 widows who lost their husbands in the mandal Andhra Pradesh.
Jaggampet TDP MLA Nehru said that even though the previous rulers had bankrupted the state financially, the parties have kept their promise and are providing pensions of Rs 4000 to the elderly and widows, Rs 6000 to the disabled, Rs 10,000 to those with head and kidney diseases, and Rs 15,000 to the completely disabled, irrespective of caste, and said that the officials and public representatives go to their homes on the first day of every month.
This government is providing development and welfare in parallel, and many welfare programs like BT roads, cement roads, etc. are being implemented in Jaggampet constituency, Jyotula Nehru said, adding that many programs are being taken to support BCs and SCs and STs. Nehru said.
