Kovvur MLA Muppidi Venkateswara Rao, who presided over the program, explained that under PM Kisan, Rs. 6,000 is being provided by the Center and Rs. 14,000 is being provided by the state government, making a total of Rs. 20,000 in three installments.

District Collector Smt. P. Prashanthi said that programs to increase agricultural productivity such as subsidized seeds, fertilizers and drone distribution are ongoing.
