Jogulamba Gadwal District SP T. Srinivas Rao, IPS, instructed the police personnel on election duty to ensure that elderly, women, and disabled voters who come to the polling stations to exercise their right to vote do not face any inconvenience.

As the third phase of Gram Panchayat elections is underway today, Jogulamba Gadwal District SP T. Srinivas Rao, IPS., personally inspected the sensitive polling stations set up in the villages of Shekpally, Konderu, Undavelli Linganavai, Katyuru, Manopadu, and Amaravai within the Jogulamba Gadwal district. He supervised the polling process to ensure it was proceeding peacefully and according to the rules.

On this occasion, the District SP affectionately spoke with a 78-year-old voter, Kamsali Venugopala Chari, who was returning after casting his vote in Undavelli village, and congratulated him for exercising his right to vote.

During this visit, the District SP instructed the Undavelli Linganavai Gram Panchayat Secretary to make all necessary arrangements meticulously for the counting process after the completion of polling. He also explained the security measures to be taken during counting to the Returning Officers of the polling stations. He advised the Returning Officers of the respective polling stations to be completely vigilant during the counting process. The District Superintendent of Police clarified that the police department will maintain strict security and continuous surveillance until the election process is completed.
