Dr. Gani Bhaskar Rao, founder of GSL Educational Institutions and Hospitals, Rajanagaram, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, India, was recognized for his visionary leadership that made India a key contributor to international healthcare education and decades of humanitarian service.
On this occasion, Gani Bhaskar Rao, along with Dr. Ganni Sandeep, (Hyderabad), was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award by Smt. Amrita Fadnavis, a distinguished delegation including a high-ranking diplomat from Kazakhstan, Shri S. Bulat; and Director of Nava Bharat Group, Shri Vaibhav Maheshwari.
The summit, a prestigious platform for global healthcare and education sectors to celebrate, was held in Almaty, Kazakhstan as the Navbharat International Business Excellence Summit 2025 shifted its focus to Almaty.
Dr. Rao, founder of GSL Educational Institutions and Hospitals in India, was recognized for his visionary leadership and decades of humanitarian service that have made India a key contributor to international healthcare education.
Speaking on the occasion, dignitaries described Dr. Rao’s legacy as “a benchmark of excellence that will empower generations and lead global medical education systems towards quality and compassion.”
Shaping the Future of Healthcare
Apart from the awards, the summit also featured high-impact panel discussions moderated by Dr. Divya, India’s representative for Kazakhstan.
The sessions, which included the participation of leaders from Kazakhstan Center Credit Bank and various medical boards, focused on “Global Stage for Excellence”.The key topics were the development of smart hospital systems, international recognition for medical education and the future of digital health.
During a panel of technology in medicine, Dr. Ganni Sandeep stressed the crucial role of modern training methods. “Simulation-based learning is not just a learning tool – it is a transitional bridge between theory and real clinical practice, which improves both student competence and patient safety,” he commented.
Marking a new milestone for international collaboration for the future, the summit announced that the 3rd International Simulcon (Simulation in Healthcare Global Conference) will be held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan in March 2026.

The Navbharat Summit 2025 concluded successfully as a bridge for global integration by fostering new relationships in joint medical research, cross-border healthcare infrastructure.
