(Bhimavaram) Union Minister Bhupathi Raju Srinivasa Varma said that the coalition government has launched a very ambitious program for the service of auto drivers across the state.

Through this, Rs. 15,000 each is being directly deposited in the accounts of 2,90,669 beneficiaries of auto rickshaw, motor cab and maxi cab drivers across the state.

On this occasion, Union Minister Srinivasa Varma asked the people to bless the coalition government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, CM Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, which is doing justice to all communities.

Union Minister of State for Steel and Heavy Industries Bhupathi Raju Srinivasa Varma assured that the coalition government will support auto drivers in Andhra Pradesh. He inaugurated the Auto Drivers’ Service Program organized in the premises of the Bhimavaram Municipal Office on Saturday.

He said that the coalition government will take the state forward on the path of development and welfare. He said that Rs. 12.73 crore has been deposited in the accounts of 8,489 beneficiaries in West Godavari district. The Union Minister said that wherever passengers go in the state, they rely on autos first.

The MLA recalled that when the free bus travel scheme for women was implemented through the Stree Shakti program as promised in the elections, the auto drivers had complained to him that they were losing financially.

On this occasion, the coalition government, after hearing their sufferings and stories, responded immediately and provided financial security to auto drivers through the Sevalo program even though it did not give any assurance in the elections. On this occasion, MLA Ramanjaneyulu thanked CM Chandrababu Naidu on behalf of the auto drivers.

He said that the Rs. 15000 financial assistance provided by the coalition government has been given to them for their family needs. On this occasion, MLA Pulaparthi Ramanjaneyulu assured that the coalition government is responsible for ensuring that the auto drivers do not face any difficulties.

District Collector Chadalawada Nagarani said that autos are the backbone of the rural economy and that Whenever there is a small need, there is a great need for autos. She said that auto drivers are creating history by creating employment through self-effort.
