We have created records in legacy waste removal. We will achieve 100 percent of the target in legacy waste removal by March 2026. While door-to-door waste collection is being done from 97.26 percent of houses in urban areas, waste collection is taking place in all panchayats. Waste is being collected from 62 percent of houses. By this March, there will be 100 percent door-to-door collection from houses in panchayats and urban areas.

Next month, we are undertaking four waste-to-energy plants in Kurnool, Rajahmundry, Kadapa, and Nellore under the PPP model. These will begin production in two years. Proposals for waste-to-energy plants also exist for Vijayawada and Tirupati. If these materialize, the public will no longer face the problem of dumping yards, and pollution will also decrease. We have established up to 10,790 wealth creation centers. Currently, there are 30 Swachh Rathas (cleanliness vehicles), and the Chief Minister stated that another 70 will be introduced by March.

With the cooperation of all the people, we are determined to make Andhra Pradesh a plastic-free state. We are implementing 33 plants in 20 urban areas for the treatment of 108 million liters of sewage water per day. We will soon establish another 82 plants in the state.
