Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu today reviewed the two incidents of rape of girls in the joint Anantapur district. In the Anantapur incident, a young woman named Tanmayi was murdered by an acquaintance..He said that it is cruel that a few people have been raping a girl for a long time in Eduguralpalli.
He said that the accused in these cases should be punished immediately. He said that the investigation should be completed immediately, the charge sheet should be filed and the trials should be completed. The CM said that special care should be taken to collect evidence properly and the accused should be given the strictest punishment.
Chandrababu said that those who plan to commit crimes against women should be afraid of the action taken by the police. Whether it is in a moment of excitement or under the influence of marijuana, those who commit crimes intentionally should be made to fear punishment.
He said that there was no control over criminals for 5 years in the previous government, and criminals were out of control due to the lack of fear of marijuana, drugs and the law… Due to this, some people are not giving up their old habits even today.
