AMARAVATI: A step forward in dental sciences. Transforming into a hub of scientific expertise, the GSL campus in Rajanagaram became the national capital for dental professionals from across the country for four days, as the 29th Indian Orthodontic Society (IOS) Post Graduate Convention grandly commenced at GSL Dental College.

With the theme “Towards the Future,” the event ushered in a new revolution of knowledge in this field. Serving as a milestone for academic discourse and clinical expertise, this platform facilitated the exchange of crucial ideas and analyzed the latest advancements in medical technology.

The inaugural ceremony perfectly captured the essence of the summit. Presided over by IOS President Dr. Sridevi Padmanabhan, the event featured Dr. Ganni Bhaskara Rao, Chairman of GSL Educational Institutions, as the chief guest. He emphasized that the combination of mentorship and academic values ​ ​ forms the foundation of the medical profession.

Dr. Revathi, Head of the Department of Orthodontics at Sibar Dental College, attended as the guest of honor. Addressing the postgraduate students, she explained that clinical expertise and a strong academic foundation during training are crucial for future success.
