AP: On the occasion of Maha Shivaratri, there will be heavy security at Patti Seema ( pattisam) tomorrow. Around 550 police personnel and revenue personnel will be on high alert. The Endowment  Department has completed all the arrangements. Punts have been set up in Godavari for the convenience of devotees. Continuous surveillance with CCTV cameras.
