Chandrababu Naidu said that upon arriving at Gandipet campus, old memories and recollections of the past come flooding back.

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and NTR Trust Managing Trustee Nara Bhuvaneswari participated in the annual day celebrations of NTR Educational Institutions at Gandipet in Hyderabad on Saturday. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu inspected the NTR School premises on foot. On this occasion, students of the NTR Educational Institution presented a “Guard of Honor” to Chief Minister Chandrababu. The Chief Minister and his wife watched the cultural programs organized there with interest. The Chief Minister inaugurated the annual day celebrations by lighting the lamp.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Chandrababu said that coming to Gandipet brings back old memories. He said that Gandipet used to be the central office of the Telugu Desam Party and a training center for political leaders. Now, it is providing training to students, Chandrababu said. He stated that leadership for future generations was being groomed in Gandipet. He mentioned that leadership training camps were conducted in the same classrooms where students are now studying. He stated that the NTR educational institutions were started to provide support to the children of families who lost their loved ones in factional clashes and road accidents. Chandrababu said that Nara Bhuvaneswari is efficiently running the NTR Trust educational institutions. He informed that four students who studied at NTR educational institutions have passed the Group-1 exams, and three have been selected as Junior Civil Judges. He revealed that 29 students who studied at NTR educational institutions have secured seats in various prestigious educational institutions across the country. He stated that the institution was started with 131 students. Now, 1641 students are studying there, he added. The Chief Minister said that Nara Bhuvaneswari is the reason for the institution’s growth to this level.

Chandrababu said that 11 batches of SSC, 8 batches of CBSE, 9 batches of Intermediate, and 7 batches of Degree students have passed out from NTR educational institutions. He stated that students have secured seats in prestigious institutions like NALSAR and NLU. Chandrababu said that NTR was a person who yearned for equality in society. He said that the Telugu Desam Party is the only political party that has established a trust to provide education to children. On this occasion, Chandrababu advised not to forget our culture and traditions. He said that we should embrace modern methods, and at the same time, protect our values. Chandrababu said that all students should set goals for themselves. He said that they should work according to those goals and embrace technology. Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu said that online and offline courses are available. He suggested that students should pursue additional courses. He explained that if they focus on continuous learning, they can overcome poverty through education. Then, wealth will come on its own, Chandrababu said. He informed that education is being provided through these educational institutions to the children of the families of party workers who sacrificed their lives. Chandrababu said that the educational institutions should be run in a way that the country appreciates. He said that students should study well and gain recognition in society. He stated that the students themselves are the brand ambassadors for NTR educational institutions. He revealed that the NTR Memorial Trust has facilitated blood donation for 10 lakh people so far. Chandrababu said that they have provided free blood transfusions to 273 children suffering from thalassemia. He mentioned that they have provided healthcare services to 22 lakh people through Sanjeevani clinics. He added that the trust is providing assistance to victims of natural disasters. Chief Minister Chandrababu also stated that the trust is supplying safe drinking water.
