According to the police, KC Sumatha, a resident of Irikkur area of Kannur district in Kerala, left her home on Friday for work. After that, her daughter-in-law Darshita (whose husband is abroad) went to her hometown in Karnataka with her two-and-a-half-year-old daughter.
