Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has instructed TTD to devise programs to spread the spiritual glory of Tirumala Tirupati all over the world. Chief Minister Chandrababu suggested that Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam should become an address for spirituality, food distribution, education and medicine.

The Chief Minister conducted a review of the Endowment Department and Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam at the Secretariat on Thursday. The CM clarified that the best practices followed in the Tirumala temple should be considered for implementation in all the main temples in the state.

The CM clarified that organic products should be selected for the preparation of prasad. He suggested that the main objective of the plans should be to provide convenience to the devotees for darshan. He ordered that the TTD devotees’ portal should be connected with RTGS.
The Chief Minister issued orders to develop all the hospitals in Tirupati as a model. He said that better facilities should be provided by connecting SWIMS, RUIA and BIRD hospitals.

The CM suggested that these should also be managed on the lines of Sri Sathya Sai Hospitals in Puttaparthi. The Chief Minister instructed TTD to invite the best medical experts as Srivari Sevakus and provide them with the opportunity to provide medical services through these hospitals.

He also wanted to ensure that medicines are purchased directly from manufacturers. He suggested that arrangements should be made to quickly move devotees in queues to hospitals in times of emergency.

He also wanted to bring all services into WhatsApp governance and make them available to devotees. The Chief Minister directed TTD to make strong arrangements for Vaikuntha Ekadashi and ensure that no problems arise anywhere.

He suggested that the facility of registration for Vaikuntha Ekadashi be provided in all languages. The CM clarified that daily alms should be offered in all temples run under the auspices of Tirumala.

The CM clarified that the 5,000 temples to be built in the state should be redesigned. He suggested that a special plan should be made to ensure spirituality and tranquility in those temples. He wanted a committee of governing body members to supervise their construction. He said that along with the construction of new temples, work should be taken up on the renovation of ancient temples in the state.

Officials explained to the Chief Minister that along with 8 temples in various states, new TTD temples are being built in Mumbai and Ulandurpet in Tamil Nadu.

The CM also ordered the Endowment Department to undertake extensive programs to increase the number of devotees in the Ram Temple in Vontimitta. He clarified that special spiritual programs should be undertaken while maintaining the sanctity of the temples.

He told the CM that special seats are being reserved for ordinary devotees during special times. He informed the CM that they are trying to ensure that cottage bookings are done at the same time along with darshan, thereby preventing misuse.

He said that they are also planning to automate the kitchen and serve Anna Prasad to 2.75 lakh people. Endowments Minister Anam Rama Narayana Reddy, TTD Chairman BR Naidu, EO Anil Kumar Singhal, JEO Venkaiah Chowdhury and members of the Governing Council were present at this review.
