The construction of star hotels is progressing rapidly in Amaravati, the capital of Andhra Pradesh. The buildings, being constructed at a huge cost, are expected to be completed in the next three years, creating employment opportunities for approximately 500 people. The efforts of Chandrababu and Lokesh are now coming to fruition.

In Andhra Pradesh’s capital, Amaravati, as the iconic buildings are nearing completion, plans are underway to ensure that full-fledged star hotels are also available. Groundbreaking ceremonies have been held for three major star hotel projects. Daspalla, Novotel, and Taj Vivanta – these three together are investing approximately Rs. 620 crore.
Daspalla is constructing a 4-star hotel with an investment of Rs. 200 crore. This hotel, coming up on two acres, is expected to create over four hundred jobs. Operations are scheduled to begin by the end of 2028. The second is Novotel. A grand groundbreaking ceremony was held in Lingayapalem for a 5-star hotel and convention center with an investment of Rs. 220 crore. This project, which will be constructed on four acres, will be completed by the end of 2027. It is set to become a major hub for international conferences and business meetings.
The third is Taj Vivanta. On September 10, construction of a 5-star hotel with an investment of Rs. 200 crore began on the Mandadam Seed Access Road. This project, undertaken by G.V. Estates & Hotels Private Limited under the Taj Group brand, is being built on four acres. An additional 2.5 acres have also been allocated for the convention center. It is reported that this will also be ready by 2028.

Besides these, land has been allocated for several other star hotels. The groundbreaking ceremonies for these will also be held soon. All of these will be operational within three years.
