Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu asserted that India is certain to become a superpower soon.
CM Chandrababu participated in the inaugural session of the Bharatiya Vigyan Sammelan in Tirupati. He visited the stalls set up at the venue along with RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat. CM Chandrababu keenly observed the models of various war equipment designed with indigenous technology. Later, the CM inaugurated the conference by lighting the lamp.
RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat is working to uphold our culture and traditions and for the development of the country. The Bharatiya Vigyan Sammelan is a good platform to discuss our country and Indian identity. In ancient times, India flourished as a country that acquired knowledge. Thousands of years ago, we demonstrated what urban planning is through the Harappan civilization. We practiced yoga 2900 years ago… now 150 countries are practicing yoga. Practicing yoga provides mental peace.
Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, we celebrated International Yoga Day on a record scale. 2600 years ago, India provided medical services through Ayurveda. “Our country, India, is the nation that built the world-renowned Takshashila University in ancient times. We have the distinction of providing modern education through Nalanda University 1600 years ago. All these people created history in a way that inspires us,” the Chief Minister recalled.
“The Bharatiya Vigyan Sammelan is doing excellent work to showcase and further expand our Indian knowledge to the world. We are happy to host the seventh Bharatiya Vigyan Sammelan in Tirupati, in South India. We are conducting this program in the sacred city of Tirupati,” he said.
“By 2047, India will stand in the number one position in the world. Mohan Bhagwat says that every couple should have three children… and I am saying the same thing. Now, our population has become our asset. Some countries are struggling with the problem of an aging population. We don’t have that problem. Ours is a country with unparalleled youth power. This wealth will place our country at the forefront,” he added.
“Now, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is developing the country wonderfully. We must have innovative ideas… and undertake new inventions. India is going to become a superpower in the future. At the same time, it is our values and traditions that will make our country stand out among the nations of the world. Mohan Bhagwat is working in that direction.
He is preparing the ground to promote values and ethics. India has a wonderful family system. Our family system provides security to everyone. We should explain our Puranas (ancient scriptures) to children with examples.” “The greatness of our legendary figures must be conveyed to the youth,” the Chief Minister said.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister unveiled the book ‘India’s Knowledge Systems’. Union Minister Jitendra Singh, Revenue Minister Anagani Satyaprasad, Professor Bharat, Dr. Satish Reddy, and the Vice-Chancellor of Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, G.S.R.K. Shastri, participated in the program.
