AMARAVATI: Former YSRCP MP from Rajahmundry, Margani Bharat Ram, stated that Eluru TDP MP Putta Mahesh Kumar Yadav has brought immense disgrace to the reputation of the Andhra Pradesh state government.
He noted that it is deeply shameful that an individual—who is supposed to sit in the legislature and enact laws—has instead engaged in immoral activities involving a revu party.
Bharat strongly criticized MP Putta Mahesh Kumar Yadav’s actions, terming it a shameful episode for the entire state of Andhra Pradesh that a public representative was caught red-handed by the ‘Eagle Team’ during a rave party held in Hyderabad.
He remarked that the Telugu Desam Party elevates such individuals to positions of power that reveal the true nature of the party’s ideology, ethics, and commitment.
He further noted that tests conducted by Telangana’s ‘Eagle Team’ clearly established that Mahesh Kumar Yadav, along with others and a woman participated in the party.
Bharat demanded that the Eagle Team and other senior police officials take strict action in this matter, ensuring they do not succumb to any political pressure.
He stated that it appears the public’s trust in the government has eroded in light of this affair. Bharat demanded that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu immediately expel MP Mahesh Kumar Yadav from the TDP and also ensure that he resigns from his parliamentary seat.
