When a promotion comes, there is a festive atmosphere in the employee’s house. They work more effectively. That is why we have taken the promotion process forward in the Panchayati Raj and Rural Development Department in a strong and transparent manner, said the Deputy Chief Minister, Minister for Panchayati Raj, Rural Development and Rural Water Supply, Pawan Kalyan.
He ordered that the salaries of the pending outsourcing employees in the Panchayati Raj Engineering Department be paid immediately. Pawan Kalyan participated in the Mata Manti program with the officers and staff of the Panchayati Raj Rural Development, Engineering Department and Rural Water Supply Department in Mangalagiri on Wednesday.
As much as you celebrate with the promotions today.. I want people to be equally happy with the services you provide. You have directed all of us to act impartially and with commitment in the process of providing services to the people.
I have not used my own intelligence anywhere in the position of Deputy Chief Minister. That is why I am moving forward by doing my job. I have said earlier that I will not compromise on the matter of promotions. However, I only want transparent governance. I have suggested that reports should be given based on seniority and sincerity.
Many MLAs and ministers have given recommendation letters on transfers and promotions. We have clearly said that the recommended employee should be approved only if he meets the specified criteria. Pawan Kalyan said.
Even in the United Andhra Pradesh, such massive reforms have not been implemented in the matter of promotions. Today, we have given you promotions in a completely exemplary manner. We want you to carry forward the same spirit in the villages as we have stood in an exemplary manner.
We must realize that everything cannot be done at once without damaging the economy.
With the support of Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi and under the leadership of Chief Minister , Chandrababu Naidu, we are bringing many reforms in the state. As part of the process of facilitating governance at the village level in the spirit of the 73rd Constitutional Amendment, 77 DDO offices have been opened across the state.
