On Sunday afternoon at 1 pm, the girl’s parents went out for work. The accused, who noticed that the girl was alone at home, tricked her into taking her to a nearby hut. Despite the girl’s crying, both of them raped her without mercy and fled from there.
The parents, who returned home after finishing work, were worried as they could not find their daughter. While searching around, they heard the girl crying from the hut on the hillside. When they went there, they were shocked to see their daughter suffering from bleeding. They immediately informed the police by dialing 100.
The Dwarka police, who reached the spot, observed the girl’s condition and conducted a preliminary investigation. Confirming that the girl had been raped, a case was registered against the accused under various sections of the POCSO Act and BNS.
