The recently concluded Mega DSC-2025 process of releasing the final list of 16,347 teacher posts has brought an interesting development in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly. Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and State IT and Education Minister Nara Lokesh held a special meeting on Monday.
The two met during the break in the House proceedings and discussed several key issues. In particular, Minister Lokesh invited Pawan Kalyan to the program of handing over appointment letters to the teachers selected in the recently completed Mega DSC-2025 in the state.
Appointment letters will be handed over to the DSC candidates on the 25th of this month. The government has successfully completed the process of filling the teacher posts that the unemployed youth of the state have been waiting for for a long time. It is known that the final selection list for a total of 16,347 teacher posts was released on September 15.
The government had issued a Mega DSC notification on April 20 this year to fill vacancies in government, municipal, tribal welfare and residential schools. 3,36,300 candidates from across the state applied for these posts. Computer-based tests were conducted from June 6 to July 2. After that, 20 percent weightage was given to the TET score and the verification of certificates was completed and the final list was prepared.
The details of the selected candidates are currently available on the official website as well as in the offices of the Collector and Education Officer of all districts. As the recruitment process has reached its final stage, the government will conduct a prestigious program to provide appointment letters to the candidates.
