AMARAVATI: This guest house building will be constructed in a total area of ​​6,300 square yards in the CRDA limits of the state capital Amaravati at an estimated cost of ₹69.40 crore with a construction area of ​​50,000 square feet.

The guest house is being built in a “Ground + 3 floors” design. 20% of the total land area has been allocated for construction and the remaining 80% for greenery. The building is located just 1.2 km away from the Andhra Pradesh High Court building in Amaravati and is easily accessible through 25-meter and 50-meter wide roads.

The first floor will house a gymnasium, yoga and aerobics hall, indoor badminton court, a multipurpose hall with a capacity of 150 seats and a pre-function hall.

The guest house is being designed to provide a conducive environment for relaxation, fitness and social interaction for the judges and their family members. It will be a project that will add more prestige to the judicial environment in Amaravati.

After laying the foundation stone for the guest house construction work, the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, Shri Justice Suryakant, viewed a video document on the Amaravati capital development works and the construction work of the Judges’ Guest House, which is being carried out with world-class standards.

The Chief Minister of the State, Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Supreme Court Judges Shri Justice J. K. Maheshwari, Shri Justice P. S. Narasimha, Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra, Shri Justice S. V. N. Bhatti, Shri Justice Joymalya Bagchi, Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court Shri Justice Dheeraj Singh Thakur, Chief Secretary to the Government Shri G. Sai Prasad, Government Officials , and Judicial Officers participated in this program.
