District Joint Collector T Nishathi has ordered the survey staff to divide the lands of the land owners (Joint LPM) in such a way as to get financial benefits and to provide the benefit of the medal to all the deserving ones.

On Wednesday, from Amaravati, State Revenue Department minister Ananani Satya Prasad and Land Administration Commissioner N Prabhakar Reddy held a video conference and reviewed the progress of the Joint LPM division, re-verification of outside Annadata Sukhibhav Taliki Vandanam SC ST villages, land acquisition for burial ground and re-survey issues with the Joint Collectors district-wise.

After this video conference, the District Joint Collector addressed the officials and said

They should inquire about the burial ground areas in SC, ST villages and submit a report on the extent of the area. The District Joint Collector said that the vacant plots in the layouts related to houses for all the eligible persons that have not been distributed to the beneficiaries so far should be identified and distributed according to the wishes of the eligible persons.

The officials should immediately respond to the land issues towards providing the financial benefits of the Annadata Sukhibhav Thalliki Vandanam schemes to all the eligible persons and provide justice to the eligible persons. He directed that the Joint LPM Online Process Re-Survey Pilot Villages Progress Phase II Village Progress 13 Notifications should be issued with special attention and the expected progress should be brought within the stipulated time.

He said that 17 villages have been selected for the highlight project in the district and in relation to this process, only 50% of the DLR 13 notifications have been issued, RLR has been issued, and the online process has been completed. Similarly, in the second phase, 29 villages have been selected across the district and the survey has been undertaken.

He said that all types of online processes for these should be managed from the VRO level and the targets should be reached by the specified deadline. He said that one hundred percent notifications should be issued regarding the re-survey.

He said that the staff should work with accountability and dedication so that no allegations of corruption arise through the IVRS public opinion portal on the re-survey process.
