A total of 20 children have been taken to the hospital. The Collector explained that six children are receiving treatment in the hospital as their injuries are slightly serious.

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu expressed concern over the incident of children getting injured after falling on porridge at an Annadana program organized near the Bellam Ganapati temple in Sithampet, Visakhapatnam.
He spoke to the District Collector and inquired about the health condition of the children. He directed the Visakhapatnam District Collector to provide better medical treatment to the children injured in this accident.
The Collector said that there is no danger to the children in the incident of children getting injured after falling on porridge at the Annadana program organized by the organizers of Durgadevi Mandapam.
A total of 20 children have been taken to the hospital. The Collector explained that six children are receiving treatment in the hospital as their injuries are slightly serious.
It was revealed that the children who sustained minor injuries were discharged after receiving basic treatment. The Collector said that their health condition is being monitored. Officials said that the health of the children is stable… there is no danger to their lives.
